Jane Abdy considers this "de Feure's finest poster, and one of the most beautiful of the whole period" (Abdy p, 156). The Journal des Ventes was a Belgian auction journal, so, fittingly, de Feure depicts a woman admiring a work of art glass. This is a rare proof before text.
